So many secrets

I spent some time at Bellamys Gallery during the days leading up to the exhibition opening. We enjoyed our lunch breaks sitting outside behind the Gallery in a lovely sheltered courtyard. One lunchtime, during a moment of stillness, I heard a trickling sound so I wandered down the back and there beautifully framed by a cutting in the fence was a secretive stream chortling by.

After a light siesta we wandered indoors and started playing around with Liz Rowe’s painting, Fuchsia Dell, figuring out where best to place it. Fuchsia Dell was painted in response to Andre Surridge’s haiku.
